Although Ukraine's NEARR performs as a band, it is truly the brainchild of Ukrainian songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Eduart Tokuyev. In 2013, nearr began rolling out a steady stream of quickly sold-out lo-fi bedroom pop releases.
